The Chase

Humanity senses that it is indeed “much more than this”. That it has a purpose yet to be realized and attained. We just aren’t there yet. So we chase, explore, travel and search for what that purpose is and for the way to get there. What we forget, in the quest to “go there”, is that we started somewhere. The reason we think we have a purpose, is because we do and that purpose is not of our own design. We are an answer to a scenario of events and a purpose that are beyond our comprehensions. Our limited understanding shows us that things begin and end. Start and stop. Desire and attain. A problem that humanity cannot solve within its realm of knowledge and experience is the how and why. Thinking outside of the sphere of our ability is required. To entertain the possibility that there is a force that was before us, and that force is the energy that propagated humanity is to open a whole new door of possibilities. Now, as in our seemingly incessant quest to “be what we are to be”,  “accomplish that which we are designed for”, “attain the final product”, if we would just stop this unending pursuit in our own strength and turn, we would find that it is not us who are in pursuit, but that there is our Creator in hot pursuit of His Creation that has slipped out of His design. Our beginning, purpose and fulfillment meet us full on..... if we will just “Be still and know that I Am God”.
