Those Things Meant for Evil

…. God means for good. Genesis 50:20

The sick know that they are sick. The doctors say “incurable”. The sick want to be healed. They don’t even know the Lord. They just want to be healed so they can do like they always did. So they can do like others do. They do not understand that they really mean evil. They want the blessings of God to do their own will. How evil is that?! But God!!! In His infinite loving mercy, uses evil for good. When the sick have run out of options and cry out to God, God hears and uses the very evil of their heart, the fleshly desire to see, touch, feel, smell, to walk and talk, to be free if pain, to live and not die in this earth in order to show Himself glorious King of all. Overcoming evil with good. Is there any better description of that than this….that the blind would see and the lame would walk, the captives set free and that the dead be restored to life! This is Christ!
