A servant of God is a “priest”. The children of God are called “priests and kings”. Kings are servants too. Servants to the people of their kingdoms. Servants of the very kingdom itself. It seems strange that both offices would be gathered into one person, but it really is not. Because God is the ultimate authority, all authority has to ultimately serve Him. And because He is God, there is only one office that truly serves Him and that is the office of the priest in the Order of holiness which is religion. A king without true religion to God cannot be a true priest. God Himself is the truest of servants. By His creating love, He has served all of creation by creating it. He resides as King and Priest serving all of creation in the fullness of the glory of His infinite love. In the Trinity of His being, He sits as Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Servant, King and Priest. As children of His Holy Family, that DNA is embedded within every Child of God. So, serve The King in the administration of the kingdom. Servant of The Most High God, work your priestly functions, exalting the Name above all names for all to see and know. In this way, and this way only, shall the peace and power of God reign in this life and for eternity. We are all servants..... what will you serve? Life or death? God of everlasting life or the absence of Him and the everlasting death that remains without Him.
