Pride Cometh Before the Fall

It’s a common statement, but not really complete scripture.

Proverbs 16:18 (KJV)

Pride [goeth] before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall.

However, it’s very close :)

A very simple interpretation is this…..

If you are too proud to ask for help while you are falling, you will certainly complete your decent.
