I WAS RIGHT....

Updated: Apr 7, 2024

that time. But this time I may not be. That is because as a creation of God, I am formed and fashioned in His image, not as He is. I have been designed with the ability to be right and do right, however, because I am not omnipresent and omniscient, I do not have the ability to be or do right every time and in all places. God has endowed to humanity, as a creation of His design and in His image, not only the ability, but the dignity of being capable to be and do right, but not to be always perfect. That only dwells in the Creator, Who is always right and always at the right time. Perfect. However! God, in His infinite wisdom, His perfection, which is driven by His infinite and perfect love, a love that caused the very creation we are part of to exist, made a way for us to do and be right. That Way is in Christ Jesus. In Christ, we are eternally correct. That doesn’t mean that it looks right to us or anyone else, it doesn’t mean it is comfortable and pleasing to humanity. It means doing and being exactly what God has created us to be. His creation. In His will. Not just in the instant, but eternally. It is a life-long movement. A “recreation”. Only in the new birth of everlasting life through the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ in our hearts, our internal/spiritual heart and mind, can we have that perfection we were designed to operate in. It starts in a rejection of self-ability. Independence. “Wrongs”. An embracing of need. An understanding of inability, in fact, impossibility of perfection attained without assistance. “Rights”. And, the assistance we need can only come from one source, The One and Only Source. The Creator of all things, The Knower of all things. The One Who is Always and everywhere, at all times and in every way. The One Who is always right and never wrong. The One Who lives and lives perfectly, The One Who defines and is Love.

Can I at least get that right?......
